Description

All kids welcome. Bring a friend or two and come join us for a day of Jiu Jitsu drills, techniques, games and fun along with a movie. In this camp, we will demonstrate through drills and games body mechanics and movements that are crucial to improving your child's skills. They are sure to enjoy this fun yet hard working camp. Your child will play a multitude of different games and finish the camp with an age appropriate movie.

Please pack a snack, water bottle and lunch for your child. We will have a dedicated snack time and lunch time for them to fuel up.

Attire: Gi/Loaner Gi available (Mon, Wed, Fri) and Rash Guard (Tue & Thurs)

What to Bring:

Filling Snacks – This is a high-energy camp. Kids will need a few filling snacks to get them through the day (i.e. granola bars, fruit, etc.)
